OUR PROCESS:
First, an initial meeting will be set up to discuss the project at hand. At this time we will to listen to your concerns, answer questions and understand your expectations. We will take measurements, review blueprints and evaluate your lot or current home. From there, you will receive a detailed quote and depending on the scope of work, you may receive renderings to review. Next we will have an all hands on deck meeting where we have our subcontractors and vendors do a site visit to ensure that we address concerns upfront and secure the budget.
The Final Review
Once a final review of the quote has been done and a contract is in place we will set aside time to have a design meeting to go over all the fun details of your project.
A timeline will be provided as well as weekly updates from your project manager throughout the duration of building. Upon the completion of construction we will do a final walk through and a one-year builder warranty will be provided. Finally, we will toast around your beautiful, kick ass fire pit to celebrate your fabulous new home!

Cory wants to live in a world where homes are beautifully functional and personalized with lifestyle in mind.
As the owner and builder of Trademark Building Company, he’s been transforming and building spectacular homes for over a decade. Cory grew up in North Fulton county, and was part of the legendary Class of ’93 at Roswell High School. Legendary you might ask, those stories come later! He went on to earn a business degree from Auburn University. If you despise Auburn, please don’t hold this against him. When Cory’s not spending time with his beautiful wife Ashley, a kindergarten teacher at Birmingham Falls and his 3 super cool kids, you can find him hunting. Again, animal lovers please overlook this!
All jokes aside, Cory began his career in the building industry when he was employed by one of the top local builders in Georgia. His duties grew from general construction and warranty supervision, to upper management, contract negotiations, land procurement and development. Cory worked hard, learned quickly and climbed through the ranks of the building industry to accomplish the construction of over 1,100 homes in the metro Atlanta area in less than a decade. What allowed him to become an expert and set himself apart from 1000’s of others in the construction industry? His workmanship and references speak for themselves. Not to mention, his knowledge and passion for construction.
