At Trademark Building Company, our goal is to make the home building experience enjoyable while achieving superior quality construction.
Our Process
First, an initial meeting will be set up to discuss the project at hand.
At this time we will to listen to your concerns, answer questions and understand your expectations. We will take measurements, review blueprints and evaluate your lot or current home.
From there, you’ll receive a detailed quote.
Depending on the scope of work, you may receive renderings to review. Next we will have an all hands on deck meeting where we have our subcontractors and vendors do a site visit to ensure that we address concerns upfront and secure the budget.
The Final Review
Once a final review of the quote has been done and a contract is in place we will set aside time to have a design meeting to go over all the fun details of your project.
A timeline will be provided as well as weekly updates from your project manager throughout the duration of building. Upon the completion of construction we will do a final walk through and a one-year builder warranty will be provided. Finally, we will toast around your beautiful, kick ass fire pit to celebrate your fabulous new home!
